incorporated in March of 1995. Our primary services are note servicing and foreclosures.

Prior to 1995, Zenith had been operating as a part of Zenith Escrow from 1983
until incorporation into its own entity in 1995.

We are locally owned and operated by Dana Fazio and Judy Rowe, mother and daughter,
who have been in related real estate and escrow fields since 1980.

Zenith is licensed by the Department of Real Estate, and has a fidelity bond to insure
the safety of client funds.

So, if you are either a seller who's had to carry back a note in order to sell your property
or are a hard money lender we can service your note safely and conveniently.
We specialize in All-Inclusive-Trust-Deeds and Land Contracts and also handle monthly rent collections.

We send both you and your payor monthly statements, along with a year-end statement and 1098 for your taxes.
Late notices are also sent to both parties, keeping you both apprised of the status of the loan.
